Wishlists

You can use the wishlist facility to either store things you would like to by in the future. Or to make a list to give to your friends and family as a 'gift list' so they know exactly what to get you for your birthday/christmas etc.

You do not have to be registered or logged into the site to add things to your wishlist. Anything you add will be saved for two weeks. However, if you want to save your wishlist for longer, or share it with your family and friends you must be registered and logged in to do this. To view your wishlist at ay time either hover your mouse over the 'Wishlist' link at the top right corner of the screen and you will see your wishlist pop up, or go to 'My Account' where you will be able to view your full wishlist.

 

Adding products to the wishlist

You can add products to your wishlist at any time. You do not have to be registered to the site or logged on to add things to your wishlist. However, if you are not logged on, your wishlist will only be stored for two weeks.

To add items to your wishlist simply enter '1' in the QTY box of the item you wish to add and press 'ADD TO WISHLIST' which can be seen below the red 'ADD TO CART' button.

 

 

 

If you want to add more than one item from the same page to your wishlist at once (for example many different colours of 5ml watercolour paints), just enter '1' in the QTY box of al the items you want and press 'ADD TO WISHLIST' and all the items will be added at once.

 

 

Managing your wishlist

Once you have added some products to your wishlist, you can manage them by either going to "My Account" and clicking the "View Wishlist" option, or clicking on 'Wishlist' at the top right corner of the page.

 

 

On the wishlist page you will be able to see all the items you have added to your wishlist. If you are not logged in you will be able to see any items added to your wishlist in the last two weeks. If you are logged in you will be able to see all the items you have ever added to your wishlist. 

From this page you can choose to either add items to your shopping cart, or remove them from your wishlist. To do this just select the items and press either 'ADD TO CART' or 'REMOVE'. You can either select individual items, or press 'SELECT ALL' to either remove all items from your wishlist, or add all the items to your cart.

 

 

You can also add things from your wishlist to your cart by hovering the mouse over the 'Wishlist' in the top right corner of the page. You will see a dropdown list containing all the items on your wishlist.

 

 

 

Saving Your Wishlist

If you do not have an account with us your wishlist will be saved for two weeks. If you would like to save your wishlist for longer you need to be logged in. If you do not have an account with us, register as a new user. once you are logged in, anything added to your wishlist will be saved. You will be able to access your wishlist from any computer, anywhere by logging into the website.

 

 

Sharing Your Wishlist

Being able to share your wishlist with your friends and family is an excellent way to give them ideas of what to get your birthday, Christmas, or any other gift giving occasion! You must have an account with us and be logged in to share your wishlist. 

Once you have added everything you want to your wishlist, either go to 'My Account' and view your wishlist, or click on 'Wishlist' at the top right corner of the page. 

On the right hand side you will see 'Share your Wish List'. Here you can enter a message introducing your whishlist to your friends and family. Once you have entered a message press 'Save'. When you are ready to share your wishlist click on 'share my wish list with friends and family'. This will bring up a pop up box which allows you to enter the email addresses of those you want to share your list with. Alternatively you can send your own emails and copy and paste your wishlist URL (address) which will allow people to come directly to your wishlist page.

 

 

In the pop box you can enter up to 10 email address of people you would like to send your wishlist to. After entering each one just press 'Add'. Below the email address is the text which will be in the emailed to your friends and family. You can either leave it as it is, or change it to whatever you want it to say. Once you have finished, press 'Send' and your wishlist will be sent.
